Dale Vida a Tu Plato: Desintoxicar y aportar energía

Hortalizas y frutas frescas de temporada, con un aliño mágico. La ensalada de primavera que a continuación mencionamos, es garantía de vitalidad para la estacion primaveral y de verano. 

Cuando llega la primavera, nuestro cuerpo entra en una fase depurativa natural. Ya no necesita retener energía y nutrientes como en invierno, y las mucosas se hidratan y permiten la salida de toxinas. Las ensaladas resultan muy indicadas para favorecer este proceso de eliminación gracias a los alimentos vegetales frescos y crudos, ricos en fibra, vitaminas y compuestos antioxidantes.

  • Combina ingredientes. Añade grasas sanas que refuerzan las membranas celulares: aceites de oliva, coco y cáñamo de primera presión en frío, aguacates, semillas…Además, protegen frente a los radicales libres gracias a su vitamina E.
  • Juega con los sabores. Incluye alimentos intensamente rojos, naranjas y amarillos porque son ricos en carotenoides que reducen el riesgo de contraer enfermedades degenerativas y crónicas. Si empiezas ahora a tomar cada día una ensalada como esta, tu piel permanecerá hidratada y resistirá la acción del sol en los próximos meses.

Algunos Ingredientes:

Hojas verdes: Son ricas en ácido fólico, que refuerza el sistema nervioso y estimula el metabolismo.

Aguacate: La combinación de grasa monoinsaturada y vitamina E protegen las paredes celulares.

Fresas: El potasio y el ácido elágico favorecen la depuración.

Tomates cherry: Ricos en vitamina C, A (betacaroteno) y licopeno, mejoran la resistencia de la piel al sol y a los oxidantes.

Cáñamo: De delisioso sabor, a medio camino entre el piñón y la pipa de girasol, aporta el esencial ácido alfalonolénico.

Amapola: Estas semillas diminutas aportan un toque amargo que recuerda a las nueces y un extra de calcio, hierro y vitamina B1 que favorece la obtención de la energía del resto de ingredientes.

Receta de una ensalada de frutos rojos con aliño de naranja dulce para 1 – 2 personas:

  • 1 Taza de espinacas Baby
  • 1 Taza de mezcla de hojas de malva y de albahaca, y brotes de remolacha y de acelga
  • 5 Fresones
  • 10 Fresas
  • 6 tomates cherry
  • Medio aguacate
  • 1 Cuchara de semillas de cáñamo peladas
  • Medio limón, su zumo

Para el aliño

  • 1 Naranja, su zumo
  • 1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 Dátil medjool, sin semilla
  • 1 pellizco de pimienta negra, recién molida
  • 1 cucharada de semillas de amapola

Para decorar

  • Pétalos de caléndula
  • Flores de capuchina
  • Flores de guisante
  • Flores de aciano

Cómo prepararla

  • Mezcla en una batidora los ingredientes de la vinagreta (aliño), menos las semillas de amapola y bate hasta obtener una mezcla suave. Añade las semillas al final.
  • Corta el aguacate en cubitos de unos 2cm y échales zumo de limón para que no se oxiden.
  • Corta en mitades los fresones y los tomates cherry.
  • En un bol plano para ensaladas, dispón todas las hojas mezcladas. Añade las frutas, los cubitos de aguacate, las semillas de cáñamo y el aliño dulce de naranja al gusto.
  • Decora la ensalada con las flores enteras o con sus pétalos. Acompáñala con el resto del aliño en un bol pequeño.
